Is there any room available for 3 people?

Extra bed or sofa bed can be used in Standard Twin, Deluxe Twin, Gallery Twin, Azalea Suite, Orchid, Jasmine, Deluxe Family, Magnolia, Palm Towers, New Cottage and Abian Beachside Cottage.

Is there any room available for 5 people?

a

Some types of the room can be used for five person. Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Family, Jasmine and Gallery Twin could be used at maximum of 6 person, and the Capacity of New cottage is up to 12.

What kind of bed will be used if there were more than 3 people?

a

Extra bed or sofa bed will be prepared as you wished.

What should I do if I want to change the reservation?

If you made the reservation on the website, please contact us by the telephone number on the bottom of the homepage.

What should I do if I forgot the reservation number?

Please check the online guide when you forgot the password.

Can we assign the floor and the view?

This kind of reservation are not available, but we will do our best to fulfill your wish if the arrangement of the room is possible.

What is the Check-in and Check-out time?

The Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and the Check-out time is 11:00 am.
*There are times when it differs by the accommodation plan. Please be forewarned.

Can we have the check out extension?

Check out extension is regarding to the reservation, so please contact the front on the same day. The extension rate is as follows.

Within one hour 10％ of the room rate
Within two hours 20％ of the room rate
Within three hours 30％ of the room rate
Within six hours 50％ of room rate
More than six hours 100% of the room rate

When is the deadline of the cancellation and how much is the cancellation fee?

In the case of the reservation which is made by the travel agency, please contact them for the detail information.

Reservation which is made by our resort or by our homepage.
Cancellation fee is different regarding to the plan. When you made the reservation there will be an introduction of the cancellation fee.

Is internet available in the room?

High security Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available. You can use your device such as your smart phone and your computer. But please notice that the Wire LAN connection is not available.
*The personal computer which is not with the Wi-Fi function but LAN port, equipment for Wi-Fi is available at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for details.

Is there any celebration plan available for the birthday or the wedding anniversary?

YES. Anniversary plan is available a week in advance.
If the date is quite close please contact the reservation center at the bottom of the page.

Rental baby goods.

Strollers (A type), cribs, the bed guard and welcome baby set are free to use but limited to numbers. Please make a reservation in advance at the reservation center.
*The cribs is available for up to 12 months infant.

What is the rates when we bring the children?

Without the need of extra bed, children up to 4 years old will be free.

Is there any rental CD player or DVD player?

a

The DVD player is free to use.
However, the number is limited, you have to make a reservation in advance by the reservation center (at the bottom of this page).

Luggage delivery by courier service before your arriving.

The name and check-in date should be written clearly and the luggage should be sent to the following address.
